Built on the real questionnaires

Screenings with a known structure

Every mental-health screening here follows the structure of a recognised screening questionnaire: the same number of questions, the same answer scale and time frame, the same published cut-offs. The wording is our own, and none of them is a diagnosis: a score above a cut-off is a pattern worth discussing with a doctor or therapist, and a low score does not rule anything out.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Are the tests free?

Yes. Taking any test is free, and you see your level or type with a short summary for free. If you want to go deeper, your full report (exact scores, the full written report and a PDF) is one payment, with no subscription.

Is a screening a diagnosis?

No. A screening tells you whether what you describe reaches the level at which a professional would look more closely. Only a qualified clinician who talks with you can make a diagnosis, and a low score does not rule a condition out.

Do I need an account?

No. You can take every test without signing up. If you buy a full report, you give an email address after paying so you can log in again later on the members page.

Is my data private?

Your answers are scored in your browser. Mental-health results are never put on a share card: if you share a test, you share the test, not your result. We do not sell personal data and do not run advertising trackers.

Can I retake a test?

As often as you like. The screenings ask about a recent window, usually the last two weeks, so retaking one every few weeks shows whether things are easing or getting heavier.
